This is Jillian and Kameron’s story. She is living a new dream and it’s going good. She is not really looking for anything else. Kameron comes to her and asks her to help him out. She wants the building beside his and needs a girlfriend to prove he is a family man. She agrees. It was only every supposed to be fake. But touch after touch and all the ease of being each other is turning into something they never expected. Is this about a building or has it turned into so much more? Could this be a future neither of them expected?

Lacey Black has a new book out in her steamy Pine Village series and y'all. This was really good. I love love love a good Lacey book.. series and this one here is pretty top notch. Pretty Desperate is the sixth in this series, giving us Jillian and Kameron’s story, and this is NOT one you want to miss. Packed cover to cover with heart, heat, and all of the feels.. this beauty right here and these two *swooooon* will hook you right from the very start.
I can definitely recommend this book and series y'all.
