The story has laughs, secrets, grief, friends to lovers, and heartbreak.

This is Jody and Nash’s story. Jody’s twin brother Joey left her his best friend Nash. He is involved with her family as his is not great. The bond these two have is good but the feeling they are hiding from one another is slowing hurting them both. She is watching him go after other woman and sits on the sidelines. They have to decide if they are going to move forward and be together or move forward totally apart. The love they have runs deep but is it the right kind of love for them or are they fulfilling a dying promise and should just let those feelings go?

I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book.
