Not Sure About These Two Crazy Kids...

Back in Shattered Cove, we meet up with Emma and Link. Siblings in name only, not by blood. Link's father was one of those good guys and took Emma in after her mother abandoned her. Emma's always had a thing for Link, however not until now did he realize he had a thing for her. His sister.

Link and Emma embark on a road trip dictated by thier father's last wishes. They "slipped up" while drunk and grieving, something Emma doesn't regret and that Link can't wrap his head around. His sister. Emma is a Rockstar with what felt to me, a lot of emotional problems. She was a little girl lost, looking for love. Link was a good guy, however I wasn't a fan of this coupling and didn't feel the had much chemistry. The back and forth was boring as compared to angsty.

The book is well written and the storyline cute, however it didn't work for me. Emma and Link shouldn't have crossed that line as the whole romance was forced and really didn't make much sense.
