I was pulled right into this story. This story contains heartbreak, secrets, second chances, and heartbreak.

This is Emerson and Hunter‘s story. Emerson has secrets that she is not willing to give up. Hunter and she have a history. He needs help and she helps but now he is going to go back to his life. Only the pull is still there, and spending time together just feels right. But with her secrets will he still want her? Or is this the end? Can they build a relationship now? Will they really get a second chance?

I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I recommend this book.
