I was pulled right into this story. The story has pain, abuse, twists & turns, secrets, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first:

This is Birdee and Creed’s story. If you read the first story in this series, you met Birdie and started out hating her. But she has a lot of baggage that she is trying to get over. She is trying to build a relationship with her sister that she loves. After years of abuse from her mother, she has built walls around her heart and self to protect her. When she gets hit by Creed’s truck he sticks around and shakes her whole world up. He made her care and then one little mistake and he blew up her world even more. Everyone is against her and she wonders why she cared and knows that she never wants to again.
I recommend this book.

Lani Lynn Vale has a brand new book out her in new, addicting Don't Date Him series. People We Avoid gives us Birdee and Creed’s story and this is not one you want to miss. Definitely my new favorite in third series and one heck of read.. I devoured this beauty whole and didn't put it down until the pages quit turning. A must read y'all.
I can definitely recommend this book and series y'all.
