 Okay, so, my bad for assuming the guy I was going on a date with wasn’t married. And my bad for taking him to a friend’s house for dinner, only to find out my friend is also friends with his wife. And if I had to list a thousand possible outcomes… witnessing my date’s murder, being kidnapped by his killer, and then being forced to marry the super attractive but clearly deranged crime lord, would not have been on my Bingo card.

SJ Tilly is back with her enigmatic, addicting Alliance Series and finally.. finally we get our hands on King and oh. my. God. This book was EVERYTHING promised and then some. We have a curvy heroine, an obsessed alpha, and one love story that all starts with a little murder and kidnapping.

KING. The red flags are my kryptonite. And you thought Nero was a favorite? KING wants to swiftly take that place.

This book y'all was crazy, crazy good. Intense, steamy, twisted, suspenseful, edgy, angsty, packed cover to cover with ALL of the feels.. King hooked me on the very first page and I didn't come up for a breath of air until the very last word. This book was absolute perfection in the most obsessive, all in your face kind of way. King and Savannah were unforgettable every time they were on the page and the chemistry between them? Fiery and so burning hot that my kindle pure wanted to melt.

I literally devoured their story in just a few short hours and have not a single regret though I plan to reread this beauty fairly soon. I am however on pins and needles for Dom because these guys so far are an ott/jealous alpha dream!

When it comes to SJ Tilly.. one just simply isn't enough.

I can't recommend this author and series enough y'all.
