I'm trying to rediscover the meaning of Christmas, and you throw me into this chaos? Is this some kind of test, or are you just having a jolly laugh up there in the North Pole?

So here's my Christmas wish, Santa: sprinkle a bit of your magic and either get me out of here or be a Cupid and ignite a fiery, undeniable passion between us, because right now, this scenario is frostier than a snowman.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, secrets, and heartbreak.

This is Iris and Kyler’s story. After a break up last year Iris is still struggling a year later her brother sends her to relax up at a cabin her rented but will not be using.  What he fails to make her aware is that he is also allowing one of his teammates go to that same cabin for the week.  Kyler is struggling with his own issues after being injured.  Everyone wants him to do the surgery now and come back to play after that but his team is winning and he wants to stay on the team and help out.  But will that cost him everything?  He has to decide what he plans on doing.  He never expected to have to deal with a high maintenance princess on his vacation.  The more they both let down their guard the more they fall but will she want him after the vacation, or will they go their separate ways?

I recommend this book.
