I was pulled right into this story. The story has pain, twists & turns, kidnapping, secrets, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first.

This is Holly and Denver’s story. After her father died, she thought she would get her family’s home, but it went to Denver. She is forced to find somewhere else to go. She has not had an easy life. She will figure it out. When she answers an ad about a place to stay, she is right back with Denver. Sparks fly after all the chemistry they have is strong. Can they resist? With all the crazy happening in the town they have to figure out who is behind it and who all is involved. Her father left Denver the land for a reason. When those secrets come out she understands. Can they build a future together once all the crazies get out of town?
A little side note was good that we got a peek at a character from a different series. Maybe a few more peeks in future books. I love popups.

Lani Lynn Vale has a brand new book out in her swoony Don't Date Him series and y'all. This is not one you want to miss. Lani never disappoints with her quirky, addictive characters and this was a good one right here. Forget That Guy gives us Holly and Denver’s story and what a story they told. Packed to the brims with heart, heat and all the feels.. I was hooked from the start to the very last word.
I can definitely recommend this author and series y'all.
