Lots of Story in a Little Book.
We are back with the Players & Sinners and this time around we meet Rourke Reid, superstar college basketball player with a dark, dark past.
Rourke is the glutton of the series and he can’t get enough women to keep him satisfied. Ugh. That was my first thought, however Rourke had quite the interesting story that got even better when he met his new tutor, Justice. She was a woman that knew all about the infamous Rourke Reid and wanted nothing to do with him. Until she had to.
The book has a great storyline, however is written a little clunky and with such a storyline, it felt very rushed. We have some serious family business with both main characters that gets wrapped up way too quickly, in that it didn’t make much sense. This is the second book of the series I wouldn’t mind seeing expanded a bit.
