I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, secrets, lies, suspense, danger, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first:
Etched in Honor (Aspen Pack #1)
This is Skye and Chase’s story. Skye’s family sacrificed everything so the den could survive. She feels like an outsider but is always going out of her way to help the pack. Chase is the son of a traitor. He knows he has to take care of the pack. He and Skye for a relationship but not a bonding as they are not mates. But while the world is ever changing danger is closer than they think. Can they form a better bond to keep the pack together? Or are they about to lose even more? Maybe even their own future?
I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book.
