I was pulled right into this story. The story has pain, secrets, love, and heartbreak.

This is Stella and Grayson’s story. Stella meets Grayson as she was referred to him when she needs a lawyer for a quick annulment. The attraction is instant and they start dating. He is older than her but that does not bother either of them. Other people yes but not them. But something happens and she loses her confidence and her job. Some things are done that hurt the both of them. Can they figure out what they want from each other before they end up losing each other because of hurt feelings?

I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

Kristen Proby is back with the second stanalone book in the Single in Seattle series and oh my goodness! Y'all. My heart.  Nate and Jules daughter is here  with her story and you can't know the excitement I feel about this book. I adoooooored their her parents book so obviously I was overly ecstatic (maybe s bit too much?!) about this book.

The Scandal was everything I needed it to be in so many ways and in allllllll the moments. Stella and Grayson stole my heart and y'all. Their story? Completely blew me out of the water. This trope is a favorite of mine and Kristen didn't disappoint for a moment doing it... and Stella and Grayson? I loved every single moment of their swoony, steamy, all in your feels, and slightly complicated love story.

I can't wait for another Kristen Proby book and for the next beauty in this particular series.

I highly recommend this book.
