I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, secrets, suspense, and heartbreak.

This is Daniela and Sean’s story. Daniela is not looking for love. She wants none of it as it causes pain. Joining the Fight club helps her fight those demons and the guilt she feels. She has a one-night stand with a fire fighter. Now he wants more, and she is trying to keep her distance. Sean knows that they could be good together, but that Daniela is fighting it. Can he prove to her that he is all in and she will not have pain with him if she falls? Can he break down the walls she has built up around her heart? Do they have a future?
I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.
