ABOUT MAKE ME:
Royal St. James got her name when she was born. Not because
her mother loved her royally, but because Royal was a giant pain in the ass.
She’s spent her entire life fighting to live, and the last thing she needs is
to deal with some pretty-boy police officer who wouldn’t know a hardship if it
came up and bit him in the…you know.
Justice Rector wasn’t born with a silver spoon in his mouth.
He was raised to work hard and always fight for what he believed in. His father
was a cop, and ever since he could remember, he wanted to be one, too.
It was a complete coincidence that he ends up going
undercover and meeting Royal St. James. It was just one day, a single moment in
time. All routine.
Just do the buy, make the bust, and get out.
But Royal St. James, aptly named, screws everything up.
Royally.
All of a sudden, he has a decision to make: blow his cover
and save the girl, or save himself.
Of course, he does the most stupid thing possible.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, suspense, secrets, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first:
Hide Your Crazy (KPD Motorcycle Patrol #1)
It Wasn't Me (KPD Motorcycle Patrol #2)
I'd Rather Not (KPD Motorcycle Patrol #3)
This is Royal and Justice's story. Royal has led a difficult life. Seems her father hates her and is not afraid to show it. So, she tends to go out of her way to piss him off. But she will do anything for her brother. When he falls into trouble, she has objection to stepping in and helping. But what she does not realize is that she is going to get herself in so much trouble that only one person will be able to help her. Justice has wanted Royal since he first saw her, but he has had to keep his distance as he is undercover. But when her brother gets hurt, he knows his cover is about to be broken. He must choose her or his cover. But will she be grateful for his help? She is used to taking care of herself but once she starts allowing people in and learning to love someone besides her brother will she still end up losing in the end? Justice is hurt but will she be able to help him, or will she need to run to keep them all safe.
I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read. As with any book or series you pick up you get a glimpse of another set of characters in another series. All of the books tie into each other with the characters overlapping. Makes you want to go back and re-read the series over and over.
I highly recommend this book or really let’s be honest any book this author has written.

The fabulous and unstoppable Lani Lynn Vale is back with another book in the sexy, sweet, swoony, emotional, laugh out loud KDP Motorcycle Patrol series and y'all Make Me was so so so so good!!
Seriously (a) Lani is a master of all the words and all the feels, (b) a slayer of all the hearts and amplifier of heat and (c) these books in this series continue to freaking get better and better, making it an absolute impossible task to choose a favorite thought Make Me is my current fave... until the next is released, lol.
Make Me is the fourth standalone in this powerful, suspenseful series and you, like I, will not be not prepared for Royal and Justice or the journey they had ahead of them or all the feelings that they'll make you have from the start until the very last word
From the first moment they connected (wait til you read this little bit!!) it was unforgettable, undeniable, electric, magnetic, unstoppable, and completely unputdownable in every single moment they had that followed. Justice had me swooning right from the very beginning and Royal, well she was my kind of girl in all the ways.
OHMIGOSH! I'm crazy sad that I just recently started reading Lani but her backlist is super impressive, highly recommended by my blog partner (she's been a fan since day one!), and a task I'm slowly making my way through.
This is an author on my top ten list and one I hope never ever stops writing like she does right now.
I highly, shout from the very tops of the rooftops, recommend this book.
