I was pulled right into this story. The story has pain, secrets, and heartbreak.

This is Eden and Vito's story. Eden just moved to town with her daughter. Vito is a fire fighter in his hometown. When Eden has a fire at her apartment they meet for the second time. He offers to help her if she needs help. When she needs help looking for a new place he helps out. They grow closer. They start forming more than a friendship when his ex comes back to town. Will he want his ex or will is he happy with Eden and ready to move forward in the plans of them being together? Can they build something when they both had different plans for the future? Can they come together and form a whole new plan?

I recommend this book.
