I was pulled right into this story. The story has pain, secrets, abuse, love, and heartbreak.

If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first.

This is Piper and Alex's story. Piper has a past she has been keeping secret. Alex and Piper have been friends for years but never anything more. He wants more but she is always pulling away. When he finds out why he is shattered. They finally start to move forward with a closer relationship. Can they build a future with each other. Meanwhile, in the background you get an answer to who is hanging the signs in the town. You also learn about others in the town you might have been looking for reasons they are the way they are.

I recommend this book.
