Silas is so Sweet!!!

Back to the Vancouver Agitators we go! First it was Pacey, then Eli and now Silas. He has been portrayed as a grump and we finally find out why and it made me like him that much more.

I love, love, love Meghan Quinn’s writing and this book was no exception. Right place, right time was the perfect storyline for these two. Ollie was the perfect woman for Silas, even if he doesn’t know it yet. She made a split decision to kiss him in the bar and claim him, this random guy so she thought, not realizing the Pandora’s Box she opened, learning he was a hockey star.

“It’s called panic. Welcome to the show that is my life. Strap in, it’s going to be bumpy.”

That is Ollie in a nutshell. She’s a wild card for sure, something Silas should have realized the minute she kissed him, this girl is wild with a capital W and I loved her! She was a free speaker and didn’t give an F of what anybody thought of her. Ollie didn’t have the best past and at the young age of twenty-one, speaks a lot older, as from experience. While this was supposed to be a one off, Ollie and Silas find themselves spending more and more time together and the lies grow and grow, along with the feelings.

The book is well written and sexy as all get out. I knew Silas was going to be a wild card, but didn’t expect this from him. We are focused on Silas and Ollie, however all of his teammates are present and accounted for, as well as Ollie's Best friend Ross, whom I also loved. He was a great addition to the series and hopefully we’ll learn more about him down the line. Right Man, Right Time reads well as a standalone, however is much more fun reading within the series. The famous Megan Quinn callbacks are present and accounted for, even if it wasn’t Jason Orson this time around.
