I was pulled right into the short read. The story has secrets, pain, and heartbreak.
This is Elise and Dillon’s story. It was supposed to only be one night that turned into 2 nights. Now someone wants more but with the past coming for him can he have more? Or will he have to protect her and push her away, so nothing touches her? She has her own struggles and needs him can he help her? Will the attraction be too much to fight? Can they build a future? Or should it have only been a one-night stand after all?
I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read. But all and all it was a great story.
I recommend this book.
