I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, secrets, and heartbreak.

Tempted by Love (The Steeles at Silver Island #1)

This is Jules and Grant‘s story. Jules who is a cancer survivor lives life to the fullest. She was given a second chance and is about to waste it. Grant has spent years in the military and lost a part of himself. Now he is back in his hometown to figure out what to do with his life. His friend’s sister seems to always be around, but she is driving him a little crazy. A few kisses later and he wonders what it is about her that makes him want her so much. Can they build a future when they are so very different?

I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book.
