I hate Drew Woods, and she hates me.
Even so, I’m not the cold jerk most make me out to be, and I have no problem moving the single mom and her baby into my home. I do, however, draw a line when it comes to acting on the way her loose lips make me feel.
Alive.
She’s too mouthy, too prying, and her curves are way too distracting.
I might have lost my way after a nearly fatal car accident, but I’m not stupid. Giving in to Drew would be a short-lived fix for this pain I’m saddled with, and I knead something permanent.
I’d be insane to think what we have could be anything other than temporary…right?

I was pulled right into this story. This story contains secrets, love, laughs, and heartbreak.
This is Drew and Winston‘s story. Drew is a single mom who is struggling. Winston is a grumpy man but also has a reason to be. These two hate each other but as the story goes on they slowly fall for each other. The banter back and forth is great and keeps you reading throughout. Even though they both have struggles to overcome they form a better relationship as it’s all not sunshine and rainbows. They have to deal with things together but also alone which makes them stronger characters.
I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book.

Teagan Hunter won me over last year with her unforgettable Texting series and I've been a huge, huge fan since. Slice is the latest romcom standalone series she's got out and it's been a total hit with me plus who doesn't loooooove a lighter, easier, more fun romance built around... you guessed it!! PIZZA.

I Knead You Tonight was soooo dang good y'all... unputdownable in all the ways (sorry hubby!!) and seriously on a side note, that cover is to. die. for. so it's no wonder that absolute brilliance lies within. Teagan nailed it in her delivery π₯° and delivered her best with this book.
An enemies to lovers, single parent, "I-don't-want-to-want-you-and-love-you-but-I-do" romance with a slower burn that'll heat you up and leave you with a huge smile on your face by the end. I didn't put this book down for a single moment and I regret absolutely nothing. #noragrets
Drew and Winston were absolute life π y'all (even in the complicated moments) and their journey was everything packed into one delicious package.
Sexy, sweet, laugh out loud, fun, all of the feels. This journey and these characters and this book stole a huge SLICE of my heart by the time it was over and kept me hooked, the entire time, until the last word.
Warning, you'll crave some loving and pizza by the time it's over!
I highly recommend this book.
