Lots of regrets from the past and more pain might come but if they are together in the end will it be worth everything?
I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book.

Holy wow y'all does the fabulous Maya Hughes bring all of the feels and all of the complications and all of the page-turning angst in this all-new, emotional second chance standalone romance in the highly addicting Kings of Rittenhouse series. Fearless King (the fourth in third series) was everything I was hoping it would be... in a way that didn't let me go, heart and mind, until long after the pages quit turning. This book was brilliant, unstoppable, sexy, forbidden, intense, and unputdownable in every possible way.
Liv and Ford. Oh my y'all, these two were epically penned in all the ways. Their undeniable chemistry.. magnetic attraction.. deep connection.. the push and pull between them... the high abs very real emotions.. unstoppable in the best ways yet complicated in the worst kind. But trust in this couple and trust in Maya because they make the reward in the end soooooo very worth it.
Trust me when you say that this is not a book that you want to miss. But do yourself a favor and start from the beginning to get the best experience possible.

Maya Hughes can often be found sneaking in another chapter while hiding in the bathroom from her kids! :-) I’m a romance writer who loves taking inspiration from everyday life, namely my husband and biggest fan. Inspiration also strikes when I hear a song, meet someone new or daydream while at soccer practice.
