This is Mable and Romeo’s story. If you read Forced Proximity you learn a little about Romeo. He is living far from home. When he meets Mable there is a pull but he has secrets he needs to protect so friendship is all he can offer. After all she has been lied to all her life he can’t add to those lies. But when forced to leave her with no word he is hurt and knows if he can just get back to her, he will keep her forever. They both have a past he is worse than hers, but she knows that no matter what he is a good person. Can they get a chance to have a future or will one person ruin that for them?
I highly recommend this book.

Lani Lynn Vale has a brand new book out and a brand new series and y'all. This is how you start a series. Lani certainly has a way with her words and this beauty right here was no different. House of BS and Lies gives us Mable and Romeo’s story and this is not one you want to miss. I devoured this book, coming up for air when the pages quit turning.
I can definitely recommend this author and book y'all.
