What. A. Book. So unexpected in alllllllll the best ways.

R.L. Mathewson is back with a brand new book (not a Neighbor from Hell series book but a new, fun standalone!) and y'all, this was super, super good. This is the first book I've read from Mathewson outside of her Neighbors from Hell and I sooo enjoyed it in every single moment.

The Project, her newest release, introduces us to Devyn and Andi.. giving us their story... loooved it. Y'all, get ready for loads of heart, heat, laughs, ALL the feels, and some mystery to keep you hanging on to every little word that will comes across your screen.

So many unforgettable moments and a classic Mathewson style of writing that'll have you laughing and smiling the whole entire book while feeling like you landed at home with her.

This was a nice change of pace for this author and while Trevor will always be my number one (**if you know you know!) Devyn is sitting crazy high on my list now.

I highly recommend this book.




MEET R.L. MATHEWSON.

​New York Times Bestselling author, R.L. MATHEWSON was born in Massachusetts. She’s known for her humor, quick wit, and ability to write relatable characters. She currently has several paranormal and contemporary romance series published including the Neighbor from Hell series.

Growing up, R.L. Mathewson was a painfully shy bookworm. After high school she attended college, worked as a bellhop, fast food cook, and a museum worker until she decided to take an EMT course. Working as an EMT helped her get over her shyness as well as left her with some fond memories and some rather disturbing ones that from time to time show up in one of her books.

Today, R.L. Mathewson is the single mother of two children that keep her on her toes. She has a bit of a romance novel addiction as well as a major hot chocolate addiction and on a perfect day, she combines the two.
