I was pulled right into this story. The story has pain, secrets, second chances, and heartbreak.

This is Jessica and Jack’s story.  They have history.  He wants to clean up and he might just destroy his career in order to do it.  Alpha when needed but still has enough in him to be sweet and sensitive.  The chemistry is there and all the feels.  If you read Nina before you might recognize some of the characters but if not that’s okay, you still get a feel for them in this new book.  Sometimes you have to break the cycle in order to start with a fresh outlook.

I highly recommend this book.

Nina Levine is back with a brand new standalone contemporary romance with one alpha hero that'll have you swooning and leave you looking for your own. Nina is an author I flove... with all her angsty, steamy af, packed with heart, all in your feels stories and y'all Jack Kingsley, the man of the hour, gave me EVERYTHING I needed y'all and then some. This book was crazy good and this second chance I rooted hard for.

Jack. Kingsley. You will not forget this man once you meet him (you may already know these characters!). Jack and Jessica both lit up my kindle y'all from the very first moments they landed andwhoa baby. Once their journey was over, I wanted to start it all over again.. Ashton's too.

I'm always excited and ready for a new Nina L journey and characters.

I highly recommend this book.
