Bowe needs to find her own path to fame, and there's a good chance she wouldn't be brave enough or bold enough to start over if Ry Archer hadn't charmed his way back into her life when she least expected it.
Some days they're enemies. Other days they're lovers. For a while, they were strangers. But now, it feels more like they might have always been soulmates.
Eventually, Ry and Bowe realize that letting go of an old dream and creating a new one is much easier to do with the right person by your side.

The story has laughs, secrets, frenemies, and heartbreak.
This is Bowe and Ry's story. Ry thought he had it all the girl he would have forever that would stick by him, but he was wrong. He has a broken and bruised heart to show for all his efforts. Ry has always tried her hardest but sometimes if felt like it was not enough. Living her dream turned out to be not really her dream but trying to run in her father’s shadow. Now she needs to find her own path. These two are so different but in the end help each other with everything they are dealing with. Can they build something together for a future that might not have been either of there dreams but seems to work for them?
I recommend this book.

Jay Crownover has had a fan in me since the beginning of her Marked Men series days so when she announced a second generation series of that and her others?! Ummmmm yes please. All in y'all.
Jay is a brilliant writer and some of her books are my all-time favorites. Rule.. Rome anyone? Well Fortunate Son is here, the first in the Forever Marked series, and y'all, I'm so ready to be all in with this series, this couple, and fall in love with the future books we're gonna get.
But first these two.
Bowe and Ry. Complicated. Bowe and Ry. My heart. Bowe and Ry. These two. Whewwww. Their journey isn't typical but it is a typical Jay style romance. I fell in love with them both hard, individually, together. Gahhhhh their story was crazy intense in moments and soooo addicting in others. The heat, the chemistry, the emotions, the journey.
I definitely recommend this one but make sure to start at the very beginning to get it all.
I can't wait for the next one.
