SUGARLOAF RIDGE SECRETS by Jennifer Ryder is LIVE!!
ABOUT THE BOOK.
A town not as sweet as it sounds...
Daynah Walsh’s ticket to her dream job at Metropolitan magazine has just been handed to her—but before she can move into that corner office, she must take on an assignment in the small town of Sugarloaf Ridge and expose the town’s longest-held secret. What became of the baby that was abandoned on the steps of the bakery almost twenty-five years ago?
Daynah expects easy answers and to gain some editorial experience. What she doesn’t expect is a growing friendship with cattle station manager Finn McAllister and the tight-knit community to welcome her like a member of their family.
The problem is, no one will talk.
Three years ago, Finn McAllister was dumped at the altar. Every waking moment since he’s devoted to the family property, Banridge Station.
When the new contract editor of The Song arrives, she’s like a brilliant ray of sunshine. Daynah awakens his heart as she brings life and hope to the town. Finn’s always been one to fall fast, and before too long, he’s done for.
The problem is, she’s asking too many questions.
Will Daynah break the story? Will Finn and the town finally be the key to healing the scars of her past?
A story about identity, family and love, by Jennifer Ryder.

MY REVIEW.
5 Stars from Tiffany!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a Great Little Town!
With the blurb, I had it in my mind that Sugarloaf Ridge was going to be a run down little town full of all kinds of secrets. Not the case! What Jennifer Ryder gives her readers is a small town that protects thier own. While you think one would get tired of everybody knowing thier business, in a town like Sugarloaf Ridge, they may know your business, but also protect it from prying eyes.
While it wasn't the huge mystery I thought it was going to be, I enjoyed getting to know our main characters, Finn and Daynah, as well as the rest of the town. They all had cute backstories and welcomed the stranger in with open arms. Finn was a delight from the first page to the last. He isn't a typical cowboy, those Aussie cowboys read a smidge sexier in my opinion.
The story of Daynah and Finn started out at a pretty quick pace, however slowed down as we learned more and more about the mystery of the abandoned baby and of course, nothing is what it seems around there. Try as she might, Daynah wasn't getting that town to crack and it was one of those be careful for what you wish for situations.
The book is well written and kept my interest from the first page to the last. There is a little bit of everything thrown in, angst, sexy and a bit of mystery. Jennifer Ryder did a great job fleshing out all of her characters, making me want to take another trip back to Sugarloaf Ridge in the future.
