MY BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBOR by Piper Rayne is LIVE!
ABOUT THE BOOK.
Who’s the mystery woman who just walked into my brewery?
I’m not the only one from my Alaskan small town asking themselves that question. But I’m positive, I’m the only one in Sunrise Bay undressing the pretty blonde in my head. Everything about her, from her make-up to her high heels says she’s a fish out of water.
Whispers and speculations run rampant until the secret of who she is gets uncovered. Then the rumor mill goes into overdrive when she announces she’s staying to open a bookstore in the building next to mine—throwing a big wrench into my plans to buy that empty building.
I quickly find myself in a tug-of-war since my business partner/brother is upset she’s ruined the opportunity to expand our business. I try to keep my distance, but I’ve got one sister with a gossip column on the local radio station and two meddling grandmas setting me up as a tour director.
And now I kind of like the idea of our new neighbor staying. But small-town life isn’t for the weak—time will tell if she has what it takes to be one of us.

MY REVIEW.
4.5 Stars from Tiffany!

Another Small Town to Love
First it was an everyday hero roll I was on and now it's the small town genre, where everybody knows your business even before it happens it seems. My Beautiful Neighbor is an introduction to Sunrise Bay, Alaska and it's resident family The Greenes. We are starting off with eldest brother Cade, but there are plenty of other Greene's and townsfolk to get to know on our journey.
Cade is part of a big, mixed family with three full siblings and four half siblings, or something close to that. Either way, there are a lot of Greenes in Sunrise Bay and while he loves it for the most part, every so often those pesky family members are too much. Cade is thirty, single and known around these parts as the bachelor of the town. While he's handsome and successful, one would think that he plays they field and doesn't want to settle down, however the reality is a little deeper for this sensitive guy.
Presley finds herself smack dab in the middle of Greene-ville when she shows up in Sunrise Bay to clear up some long buried family business. She plans on taking care of what she needs to quickly and heading back home to Connecticut, but what they say about the best layed plans is true and Presley quickly finds herself where she might finally belong.
I was a huge fan of the Greene clan and all they had to offer. They are royalty in the town, however would give you the shirt of thier back. Every sibling had that same can-do attitude which made getting to know them fun. Cade was an instant like for me and Presley was a had to grow on me character.
The book is well written and there are a ton of moving parts. So many that I was frustrated at first thinking it is too much to keep track of, however Piper Rayne did a nice job at giving each character a little more backstory to help keep it straight. While we focused on Cade and Presley, there was so much more going on, there was never a dull moment in the book. My beautiful Neighbor is the first in The Greene Family series and a great set up for the next one, which there happens to be a sneak peek of at the end. Adam's book is next and is going to be added to my never-ending TBR!
