Michelle Fernandez's DISTRACTED is a fast-paced, emotionally charged, sexy, contemporary romance written in K. Bromberg's Everyday Hero Worlds project, is LIVE!!!!!
ABOUT THE BOOK.
Sabrina Kent is my best friend. Our childhood was carefree and full of daring adventures. Then we grew up, pursued our careers, and moved on with our lives. She's the girl I've loved since I was fifteen. The thing is, she doesn't know it, and I never plan on telling her.
The death of her parents brought us back to our hometown of Sunnyville six years ago. We reminisced and I was her shoulder to cry on. One thing led to another, giving each other a night I will never forget, and the bond that ended our friendship.
Now, another funeral brings me back home, and there she is, with her daughter. Sabrina is everything I want but can't have. I want to talk to her about our awkward night and rectify what we once had.
But just when we get things right with us, complications arise, and outside forces threaten our lives.

MY REVIEW.
4 Stars from Tiffany!
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Sweet Romance
There's nothing like a guy not willing to change his ways on page one and is a completely different guy by the end of the book. No spoilers here, it's a given how this story is going to play out and Alexia Chase did a great job telling it.
Kameron and Layla are a perfect opposites attract couple. She was brought up in a loving, two parent, only child household, while he was brought up in nothing of the sort. Something that has made them the people they are today. To say Kameron has a chip on his shoulder is putting it mildly, but fact he's a hot fireman scores him some much needed points-shallow I know.
We go on a journey of self discovery for both of these characters as they come out of thier comfort zones for each other. I wasn't a huge fan of Kameron's woe is me attitude at first, however he did start to grow on me. Layla was a great character from start to finish. A little naรฏve at times, but it worked for her.
The book is well written with the right amount of angst and sexy. We move along quickly with these two, going through the usual new relationship problems and solutions. Unraveled is a great addition to the Everyday Heroes World.

MEET THE AUTHOR.
MICHELLE FERNANDEZ lives in Southern California with her husband and children. When she's not writing, she loves spending time with her family, laughing it up with her 'squad' or simply relaxing with her two pups.
She's always been passionate about reading and impressed by the influence it has on people. Which is why she started writing in the first place. It started as a hobby. One chapter turned into ten, then a novel was born.
Till I Found You is her first book. She writes Contemporary Romance with a dash of suspense. The sassy heroine and the gentleman hero are who she loves to write about. It's all about the swoony, seductive and suspense when it comes to her novels and making up worlds and characters for readers to utterly fall in love with, is the most rewarding for her.
