I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, secrets, suspense, and heartbreak.
This is Hazel and Cross’s story. Hazel has been through a lot but is finally healing. She is moving on from the past. Sha has great friends and finally ready to move on with her life. When her friends decide that they all need to find love she is pushed to the top of the list of them to get love first. Cross is not looking for love. He is all about taking care of his family and being reliable. But when these two cross paths there is major chemistry and no matter how hard they try and fight it they just cannot. As they are falling danger is coming for them. Will they have a future or will danger that that away?
I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book.
