The story has laughs, secrets, and second chances.
This is Bertie and Cody’s story. These two were in love in college but things that happened forced them apart. He has always loved her but knows she deserves better. Now years later he sees her again and still loves her. Can he get a second chance? Does he deserve one? Did fate bring them back together in order from the to heal and finally have the future they both thought they lost? Or will this be the final goodbye she needed?
I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book.
