Joy

I’m living my dream. Owning a cozy little bakery in downtown Snowflake Falls is everything I ever wanted. Even though the holidays are a hectic time of year, there’s nothing better than the feel of Christmas mixed with a bit of sugar.

When an unexpected visitor drops by to say hello, my entire world shifts on its axis. Burk Whitman was my best friend until, right before our first year of high school, he unexpectedly moved away. Now, he’s back in town and being around him isn’t exactly a hardship. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

The problem is, his time here is temporary and if I’m not careful, I risk losing my heart forever.

Burk

One phone call is all it takes for me to come back to Snowflake Falls. With my gramps in the hospital, a huge void is left at my family’s Christmas tree farm during their busiest time of year. Being here after fourteen years might be just what the doctor ordered.

When I hear my oldest friend, Joy Campbell, owns the bakery in town, I have to drop by to say hello. I’m ready to fall back into the familiar banter we once engaged in, but what I’m not expecting is to come face-to-face with the most beautiful woman in the world. Spending time with her isn’t a hardship, and soon, lines begin to blur.

How will I return to the East Coast when everything I didn’t realize I wanted is right where I left it in Snowflake Falls?

Merry Little Mix-Up (Snowflake Falls #1)

This is Joy and Burk’s story. These two have history. They were best friends until he up and moved away. Now he is back in town but it’s all temporary. Can she be friends again but guard her heart this time? He’s back in town after 14 years to help out with the family business but he is going back home as soon as he can. That is until he starts spending time with Joy. Then he wonders what will happen if he stays. Can he stay?

I recommend this book.

AUTHOR: Cambria Hebert
GENRE: MM Romance

RELEASE DATE: December 1, 2025

BLURB.

‘Tis the season for twinkling lights, cookies, joy, and a little sprinkle of mom guilt on the side. Did I say little? I mean an entire sleigh full. Which is exactly why I’m on my way home to Winterbury for the holidays, something my parents have been pleading for since I left the small-town life for a view of the city nearly ten years ago.

It’s not that I don’t come home to visit. I do.

Just not at Christmas.

The last time I was there, I got wrapped up in the romantasy of the town’s mistletoe legend, and it ruined my entire life. Okay, maybe not my entire life, but it did turn my best friend into my biggest enemy.

And maybe gave me a raging case of mistletoe PTSD.

Don’t laugh. It’s a thing.

Which is exactly why I’m going to do everything possible to avoid the raising of the mistletoe, Archer Hodge, and his Christmas tree farm. I’m just going to help my father out with the family animal clinic and mind my own business.

So of course Archer walks right into the clinic and nearly runs me over with his clompy boots, pine-scented flannel, and trademark scowl. Turns out, even after ten years, he still plucks every last nerve in my body. It doesn’t matter that he looks better than I remember and he’s cradling a beautiful dog who steals my heart.

Archer is my sworn frenemy, and no amount of forced proximity, small-town tradition, or mistletoe magic will ever change that.

Or so I thought…

One Night Changed Everything… OVER THE EDGE by Kat Mizera Is Out Now!

BLURB.

As the rhythm guitarist for Crimson Edge, while my bandmates chase the spotlight, I stick to the shadows. Keeping the beat, keeping out of trouble, and keeping my heart off-limits.

At least, that was the plan... until our tour bus broke down in the middle of nowhere.

She’s a no-nonsense waitress who couldn’t care less about fame, doesn’t recognize me, and definitely doesn’t fall for my smooth lines. She calls me out and flips my world on its axis with nothing more than a look and a cup of coffee.

Two unforgettable days. One reckless night. And then the tour moves on.

I figured that was the end of it… until she calls with two life-altering words: I’m pregnant.

Now everything’s changed. I thought I knew what I wanted—music, freedom, no attachments. But she’s in my head, under my skin, and carrying the one thing that could break me wide open.

This isn’t about the band anymore.
This is about her.
Our baby.
And the man I want to become.
