[Release Blitz + Review] Officially Over It by Lani Lynn Vale

OFFICIALLY OVER IT by Lani Lynn Vale is OUT NOW!!!

Going from a professional baseball player to a SWAT officer should’ve been seamless. Should have been.

But it wasn’t.

All it took was one single calendar shoot for word to spread that Nathan Cox was not only no longer playing professional baseball, but he was also the man behind saving the life of Reggie Morton, the City of Kilgore’s princess.

Reggie didn’t know that by agreeing to provide the expertise and the know-how for the Police Officer’s Ball that she would be required to actually attend the function.

What she also didn’t expect was needing to be saved—again—by the same man that had saved her life a year ago when she hosted her debut event.

This time in a not-nearly-as-spectacular way. The moment she falls into his arms like a modern-day Cinderella and takes him in in all his three-piece suited glory, she realizes that she’s been fighting the impossible.

Nathan Cox owns her. Body and soul.

5 Stars from Renee!

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, suspense, secrets, and heartbreak.

If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first:
Just Kidding (SWAT Generation 2.0 #1)
Fries Before Guys (SWAT Generation 2.0 #2)
Maybe Swearing Will Help (SWAT Generation 2.0 #3)
Ask Me If I Care (SWAT Generation 2.0 #4)
May Contain Wine (SWAT Generation 2.0 #5)
Joke's on You (SWAT Generation 2.0 #6)
Join the Club (SWAT Generation 2.0 #7)
Any Day Now (SWAT Generation 2.0 #8)
Say It Ain't So (SWAT Generation 2.0 #9)

This is Reggie and Nathan's story. Nathan saved Reggie a year ago. Now she is providing help to plan a function that she never expected to have to attend. But she is going to be forced to attend. These two friends have huge chemistry but fight it with everything they have. His ex is a total jerk and makes his life hard. Reggie is there for him no matter what. When feelings get involved are, they going to finally fight for each other or finally walk away?

I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read. As with any book or series you pick up you get a glimpse of another set of characters in another series. All of the books tie into each other with the characters overlapping. Makes you want to go back and re-read the series over and over.

I highly recommend this book or really let’s be honest any book this author has written.

5 Stars from Brianna!

The SWAT Generation 2.0 is back with its tenth standalone and y'all, oh. my. goodness. All of the BEST and complicated feels in this beauty.

Officially Over It gives us Nathan and Reggie's story and whew, what a journey they had to tell. Childhood frenemies to something so much more. They find that sometimes the fine line between love and hate doesn't always stay solid... that sometimes it begins to blur... and it begins to blur so much that it becomes non-existent in every single moment they have.

Hot, undeniable chemistry. Twists and turns you'll never see coming. Heat, heart, drama, angst, and all the feels. A story that'll keep you on the edge of you seat from the first page to the very last word. You'll feel it all and you feel it deep. Reggie and Nathan are going to hit a home run, even if the run there is bumpy.

Lani Lynn Vale sure does know how to write an epic romance, with just about every single book she pens. This one was no different... it's a must read in every single unforgettable way that there is.

I highly recommend this book.
