[Release Boost + Review] The Sinister Silhouette by Alex Grayson

After seven long years, it's time for answers... The Sinister Silhouette by Alex Grayson is FINALLY LIVE!!

She whispers my name at night, filling my dreams with her haunting beauty.
Her tormented amber eyes beg me for something I don’t understand, and her agonizing pain becomes my own.
For years, she’s come to me, calling my name.
For years, I’ve never known who she was.
Until now….

3.5 Stars from Tiffany!

Hard to Pull off....

...and hard to review. Alex Grayson gives her readers quite the mind F with The Sinister Silhouette. This is one of those books where you have to suspend all belief to enjoy, because it has every situation plus the kitchen sink in it. hard to pull off.

At first, I didn't jive with Alex Grayson's writing style, as it included every single detail of these peoples lives, right down to how they liked thier toast buttered. Not necessary for the story to move along. However, I did get use to it as I kept reading.

He's crazy, she's crazy, there is lots of crazy going on here, or at least that is what someone wants them to believe. As the story unfolds, it becomes pretty predictable, but still interesting. Until it got too convoluted and hard to keep pieced together.

I applaud Alex Grayson for writing such a book and while I did enjoy reading it and getting out of my head a little, it wasn't what I expected or a good fit for me. The Sinister Silhouette reads as a stand alone with a nice epilogue to wrap things up.

Alex Grayson is the bestselling author of heart pounding, emotionally gripping contemporary romance including The Jaded Series, The Consumed Series, and two standalone novels. Her passion for books was reignited by a gift from her sister-in-law intended to distract Alex and help her pass the time while her husband was away for work. After spending several years as a devoted reader and blogger, Alex decided to write and independently publish her first novel in 2014 (an endeavor that took a little longer than expected). The rest, as they say, is history. Originally a southern girl, Alex now lives in Ohio with her husband, two children, two cats and dog. She loves the color blue, homemade lasagna, casually browsing real estate, and interacting with her readers.
