[Release Blitz + Review] Preppy: Part Two by T.M. Frazier

Preppy returns in Preppy Part Two by T.M. Frazier.

Preppy Two.jpg

Preppy finds himself back in a world he once loved, but no longer recognizes. His dim smile can’t hide his inner turmoil and the people he views as family all suddenly feel like polite strangers.

Except for one person. A girl with dark eyes and even darker hair.
A girl who isn’t even an option.
At least, not anymore.

Dre can’t decide who she’s going to listen to. Her heart, her head, or her body. Because two out of those three things have her heading right back to Logan’s Beach. Closure is what she tells herself she’s seeking, but when she unlocks doors that were never meant to be opened she soon discovers that when it comes to Samuel Clearwater, closure might NEVER be an option.

This is book six in the King Series and the second part of Preppy and Dre's story.

“Oh yeah?” Preppy asked, taking a step forward, crowding me in, staring deep into my eyes with an intensity that had me biting down hard on my lower lip. “Do YOU like a clean look, Doc? Or do you like it dirty? Beards. Tattoos…scars?”

Yes, I like it dirty. So dirty.

I was stunned into silence. Preppy's proximity was fucking with my brain, and I was afraid I was going to blurt out something that would dig me a deeper hole than I’d already dug for myself.  I opened my mouth to answer, but I couldn’t get the words out. Not like I needed to. Preppy answered for me. “If I remember correctly, you like it dirty. Real fucking dirty.”

He took another step. “Remember that first time? In the field? By the train tracks? Remember how I pulled your hair while I fucked you from behind and stretched you open? Remember how it felt to have me moving inside of you? How it felt when you came and screamed in my fucking ear? I do. I remember. Thought of that scream every fucking day since. It was deafening.” He chuckled and pressed his teeth against his bottom lip. He groaned, the sound shot straight to my pussy. “I can still fucking hear it now.”

So can I.

The hair on the back of my neck stood on end. “What are you doing?” I asked, trying to step around him, but he pressed his hands against the wall, caging me in. The warmth of his chest radiated onto mine. I tried to look anywhere but into his eyes, afraid of what I might see, but there wasn’t anywhere else to look. He moved even closer.

Preppy pressed his knee between my thighs, parting my legs. “Me?” he asked, with mock innocence. “I’m just reminiscing with an old friend.”

“This doesn’t feel like just reminiscing."

He stared intensely into my eyes. “No, not YET it doesn’t.” He grinned. “But it fucking will. Soon.”

5 Stars!

PREPPY IS BACK! Reeling from the shock waves that he was alive and getting only the beginning of his story, we are back with part two of three in the Life and Death of Samuel Clearwater. Now we dive into Prep being back, alive, and now recovering and trying to piece his life back together.

Full of ups, downs, and everything sideways, this book will take your heart by storm and mark your soul when the pages quit turning.. and believe me, you do not want them to stop with that kind of ending. Yep TM gave us a cliffy that made me want to cry, scream, throw my kindle then totally search her down to find out what was going to happen next.

Delving back into Preppy and Dre's story, we get more pieces to the puzzle and knock back to present day. Prep is back. Dre is back. Confusion. Love. Lust. Memories. These two have a long road ahead of them. But at the end of the day, they know they are soul mates and they know they cannot deny what they feel but that doesn't mean it's easy. Dre is denying what she feels and Preppy is trying to find healing and... what he considers normalcy. They will fight, f*ck, and argue but one thing is for certain... their chemistry is undeniable.

Get ready for an explosive installment to this series that will leave you panties drenched and your mind reeling. #BOWTIETILIDIE

 I highly recommend this book.

5 Stars!

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, murder, grief, secrets, loss, pain, abuse, and heartbreak.

If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first:
King (King, #1)
Tyrant (King #2)
Lawless (King #3)
Soulless (King #4)
Preppy: The Life & Death of Samuel Clearwater, Part One (King #5)

This is more of Dre and Preppy’s story. This book picks up where the last one ended. Preppy is broken in body and spirit. Dre is trying to deal with the fact that he is alive. With Preppy, you never know what you are going to get. You get some bad some good and some frightening. He is trying to deal with what happened to him but had trouble with different triggers. He is trying to figure out how to move on and deal with his new reality. He lost people and must deal with that. He also gained family so he must adjust on both side of his life. Dre is wondering if she should stay when he pushes her away only to want her close. With danger lurking Preppy’s life changes, daily. Can he deal with the adjustments or will they prove to be too much? Can Dre deal with everything or will she have to walk away? Can these two make it or are they about to lose it all? Will danger come for them? If so who will it be?

This author always manages to throw in a few surprises with her stories but really some of the surprises in this story are some of the best!! This story might not be what you expect but I loved it all the same!!

I loved these characters and the side characters. There are some tear-filled moments and some anger filled moments in this story. But all in all, I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.
