He knows that pain makes you stronger…
Wolf isn’t always a good person, and he doesn’t hesitate to say what’s on his mind.
He is who he is, and he doesn’t offer apologies.
He isn’t out to impress anyone, and he doesn’t make excuses for his actions.
She knows that fear makes you braver…
Raven has made some bad decisions, and she’d give anything to go back in time and choose a different path.
The reality is that she can’t go back, and the day Wolf walks into her life, she finally realizes that maybe she doesn’t want to.
Wolf is everything she’s ever wanted, and the exact opposite of what she needs.
They both know heartbreak makes you wiser…
Wolf knows that this is not a good idea. There are a million reasons—all of them bad—telling him exactly why he should stay away.
But when Raven’s nightmares burst out of her dreams and into her reality, he doesn’t have a choice anymore.
He has to protect her, while somehow protecting his battered heart.

4.5 Stars!

I was pulled right into this story. The story has pain, secrets, lies, suspense, twists & turns and heartbreak.

If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first...
Whiskey Neat (Uncertain Saint's MC #1)
Jack & Coke (Uncertain Saint's MC #2)
Vodka on the Rocks (Uncertain Saint's MC #3)
Bad Apple (Uncertain Saint's MC #4)
Dirty Mother (Uncertain Saint's MC #5)

This is Raven and Wolf’s story. After Wolf rescued Raven they saw each other all the time. Now that the trial is over and Wolf has a girlfriend Raven knows that it is time to move on. When they see each other again it’s about danger coming for them both. Can they figure out who is messing with their lives before it’s too late? Now that Wolf is free to pursue Raven he does with everything he has. Raven is not sure about it and tries to resist but just can’t. Can they figure out what they want from each other while also staying one step ahead of the danger that is after them? What does her brother have to do with the danger after them? Can she forgive him for the past?

I loved these characters and also the side characters. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

This is one of the author’s I read that I never have to read the synopsis for as I know I want to read the book anyway. She combines funny, suspense, naughty, and danger all in one great story. If you have never read one of Lani’s book I would recommend giving this author a try. You will not be disappointed. I never am.

I recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.
